Mr. Dharmesh Brahmbhatt, an energetic and far-sighted leader heads Ardor Fire & Safety Solutions. Being a trustworthy, honest and an efficient decision maker, he has successfully led the company to become a trend setter in fire safety segment.
Mr. Brahmbhatt’s innate ability of forming long lasting partnerships, gaining trust of customers, no-compromise policy on the quality of products, judicious use of resources, and intellectual calibre are the attributes that drive him and the company ahead. There is no doubt that such aspects make him a role model for dozens of entrepreneurs.
Being a commerce graduate, he had dreamt of making big in his life since the beginning. He started working with a CA and assisted him in auditing fire-fighting companies. Being an entrepreneur at heart, he learnt the nitty-gritties of running a business. He started working on-site and understood the market requirements and operating process to run an organisation. In 2005, he was associated with Fire Resistance Doors manufacturing company. When he decided to part ways a year later, he had increased the turnover of the company from lakhs to crores.
Through the course of his entrepreneurial journey, he has picked up numerous successful habits such as intuitive understanding of the customers’ real needs, prudent risk taking approach, dynamic leadership, and fearless attitude. He has created a powerful second-in-line leadership by giving his employees a regular dose of high quality management learnings. He believes that learning is endless and is always in search of new avenues to learn more about the trade. Mr. Brahmbhatt considers himself lucky to be blessed with a child. He named his first company, Heetanshu Installations and Engineers after his son, Heetanshu.
